A Hi-Resolution CD of the digital negatives:

On each of our portrait collections we have a miliage restriction

The only time we will add additional charges is if we have to travel outside of 60 miles

A $25 trip charge could be applied to any of the collections. Lets talk about it first
Ordering Within 30 Days:
Your photos will be online as always for you to share with your friends and family for 30 days. All orders, including your included print package must be ordered with 30 days. Ordering within our 30 day requirement allows you to take advantage of discounted reprint prices.
After the 30 days your proofs will be moved to our an Archive site and remain there for at least one year. Our archive site offers our clients the ability to order prints, and products at a much higher price. Please try and get your order in before the 30-day deadline.
Weekday Sessions: When calling to book your weekday session a deposit will be required at the time of booking your date. Our weekday sessions only require a $50 deposit to hold your date and time. The final balance will be payable 5 days before your session date.
Weekend Sessions: When calling to book your weekend sessions please note that we require that 50% of your portrait package be paid for at the time of booking. The final balance will be payable 5 days before your session date. We do this because our time is valuable, your time is valuable, just like your investment in your family portraits. We have limited appointments available on weekends, so please inquire early if you know you need a weekend date. Generally for our Saturday and Sunday sessions we offer times from 10am till 8pm.

If you have friends or other family that you know may want to book, please forward this message to them as well so they are aware of my schedule. Also since they are one of your referrals, they can take advantage of the same pricing. Last year we had to turn several people away and I'm trying to avoid that this year by planning ahead and making people aware. Of course, you are helping your friend by passing this along - and you are also helping our business! So don't forget about the Referral Program! With each paid referral (please make sure they tell us your name) you will receive a $50 print credit towards any of our prints or products!
